I will miss it :(

I liked my studio apartment. It was very spacious and perfect for this single girl. I liked my little deck with the storage closet. The studio had a lot of places to store things. I really liked my giant walk-in closet! My friends all really liked my apt too. One of them was wanting to take over my lease, since I had to leave early, but can't due to other reasons not related to the apt.
The parking isn't always great. Visitors are suppose to park in a certain area, but the residents didn't really enforce them to abide by this. Occasionally I saw the bright orange stickers warning the person's car was going to be towed if not moved. As a single woman, I perfer to park close to my buildings door for safety reasons and didn't always get to. I did feel safe there though, and my building was always well lit.
It is handy to have a laundry facility on your floor, however the dryers didn't always dry well. I reported that and they seemed to sometime get fixed quickly. Yet,you can't dry your clothes if someone is trying to dry their's on another floor. The vents must be connected and all the moisture remains.
They allow cats and caged pets, which was great. The place seemed quite. Every once in a while there was some noise late at night, but the people I lived around for the most part were respectful. You can hear some noise through the walls and in the hallway, but you are living in an apartment, it is to be expected. There is a swimming pool, however, they could have opened it earlier in the year and closed later too. They should really open/close depending on the weather and if it is still nice out.
One thing I didn't like it that they always had reasons to come into the apartments. They would notify the residents, but in ten months I think they had been in the apt 5-6 times. I think they were just creating reasons to come in and check on the places.
The utilities were always reasonable, much better than at my last place where one winter I had a $200 heating bill for one month! Here the most was $35. The grounds are nicely kept.
I didn't like that when I broke my lease I had to pay 1.5 times the rent to break it, however I hear that is reasonable.
