I've lived here for 3 years and it's been a very positive experience.
The staff is friendly and reliable.
Maintenance is reliable with responses in 24 hours or less.
Surroundings are safe (a plus for kids) with an elementary school within walking distance.
There are laundry facilities on site, however the dryers aren't 100% reliable.
I like the fact that any courier mail can be held for you at the office if you're not at home at the time of its delivery.
There never has really been any problems with insects. Apartements are sprayed routinely.
Noise is minimal. If I can get a sound sleep through the daytime, then it's minimal and I'm a very light sleeper.
While finding parking right infront of your building is considerably difficult after certain hours, it's truly not that bad. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I guess everyone has their own opinion of the place. It also depends very much on which level you live. Insects were awful in the basement and I can prove it from pictures on my camera. Parking was a nightmare. If it was truly not that bad then I wouldn't have had 4 stickers on my windows from having to park in no parking zones. I have a baby and was not going to park 4 buildings away at night, having to walk in with her by myself. I had someone trying to get into my apartment the 2nd night I was there. That doesn't exactly make a person feel safe. Obviously you live in a better building and maybe are treated better by the staff there since you've lived at their complex for 3 years. I have nothing against barker apartments, after I all I did live at Winding Hills for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The issues I experienced at Indian Ridge go beyond insects and parking. I'm so thankful that whole situation is OVER. So I just caution anyone who is thinking of living there. Check the place out well, especially MAKE them show you the apartment that you will actually be living in...that is very important!
