I've seen them change the carpets here and when they do, the only thing you see them throwing away is carpet, not padding! So they're replacing carpet and leaving old, dirty, nasty padding and reusing it over and over again!!! When we moved in the carpet was supposedly cleaned and yet all of a sudden there were mysterious greyish spots that keep "appearing", now I understand why. And I've spoken to some of the other residents and they are having the same problems with these mysterious spots appearing suddenly when nothing has been spilled on their carpet and none of us have pets... You explain it, cause I can't! And have you ever looked in the LOCKED closet where the furnace is kept' My husband took the door off the hindges to change the filter when they wouldn't come and do it and boy was I sorry I looked inside! It smells really bad, it's filthy and not well maintained! In fact I've come down with bronchitis 4 times in the last 5 months since moving in here and my kids are sick all the time. I can't wait until our lease is up, we're out of here!!! WARNING- Stay away! This is not someplace you want to live, the maintenance is shotty at best and the grounds are not well maintained. And the office staff is unfriendly and down right rude at times! STAY AWAY!!!
