I have rented from this company for 3 years, never missing a payment and not once causing any problems. They have raised my rent twice since I moved here in 1 1/2 years up to $100/month from when I started. When I wanted to move out to another apartment owned by the same company, they charged me over $2000 to replace carpet in the entire apartment citing pet damage. I have a 5 lb dog that was potty trained when I moved in here, so the stains and damage were minimal to non-existent. I had to pay that fine within 2 days in order to move to a new location I could afford, since I could no longer afford the rent at this place. I had put over $500 in deposits down which were not useable on this fee. The staff is very unprofessional and not willing to accomodate any problem you may have. Appliances are always breaking and when they say they fix stuff, it is still broken. I've had a broken kitchen light for 4 weeks now that has been "fixed" twice...they would not fix my screen door b/c they said my Mediacom crew causethe damage - I live on the lower level and have not been able to lock my door - unacceptable. Do not live here, you will be highly disappointed.

They are screwing people over to make up for the bad rarings and no one wanting to live there. People need to contact the Rental Rights Agency that handles situations like at this apt complex. They are similar to Better business Bureau. The owners should clean house on office staff!!!!
