I lived at Kimberly Club for 1 year. I liked the apartment and had no issues while I was living there. When I moved out, it was a completely different story. I cleaned the apartment and expected to receive my full deposit back. Instead, I received a bill from them stating that I owed them almost $1000.00! They claimed that the carpet had pet urine stains. When I asked to see the apartment or the carpet, they had convieniently already thrown it out. But they still charged me the money. I had a friend that lived at Kimberly Club who went through the exact same thing when she moved out.
