The apartment was spacious and the fact that heat was included was a plus. There is a large indoor heated pool and male and female saunas in the clubhouse, as well as a small exercise room, all of which were nice. The problems were primarily due to the apartment being underground. The windows were old and the screens were full of holes. They were constantly covered in mud and grass from the lawn mower. In the winter, the windows had to be covered in plastic. There was actually a two inch thick rind of frost surrounding the frame my first winter there. There were tons of bugs, beetles, and spiders in the summer, and you couldn't open the windows because more would fly in through the damaged screens. Because of the old, leaky windows, there was mold growing on the window sills and had to be cleaned off constantly. The apartment flooded twice while I was there and management refused to pay for any damages. Although the carpets were ruined by the flooding, I was charged $60 for carpet cleaning upon moving out.

Where are Jef and jodi they were the two only pleasant office staff there the rest should go. Whatever the manaGER GETS PAID IS TOO MUCH, SHE DOES NOTHING!!!! gET GOOD PEOPLE IN THERE CLEAN UP THE GROUNDS COMMAN AREAS, GET NEW MAINTENANCE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME AND HIRE A SIDING CREW THAT DOES BETTER WORK THAN THE ONES THERE NOW AND WHAT PIGS11111 tHE SIDING WILL BE COMING OFF IN A YEAR OR TWO MARK MY WORD IN PLACES IT IS ALREADY LOOSE.
