Living at Kimberly was ok at first. The outside looked pretty awful and the inside was not as bad. The place always smelt, the staff was rude, and the maintenance people took forever! My roomates and myself moved out in August and have done nothing but going back and forth with the renters about the deposit. The carpets were ruined before we moved in and they even told us that before we moved in. When we moved out they said we ruined them! They wouldn't return our deposit and charged us another $129 for damages! They claim there was mold and pee spots from the dog, when those spots were there from the previous renter. We filed a law suit, and ended up settling out of court. But the whole ordeal has been awful, and then ended up sending us to collections! So now we have to mess with that! Be careful if you rent from here! They will screw you over!

I have lived here 4 years and have never heard of so many unhappy people. Does Barker Co read these reviews? If not they should when you have staffs that are making residents mad and moving out something needs to be done. I'm sure they read the reviews and have a laugh but just remember he who laughs ifrst usually does not laugh last! We as residents need to contact rental rights and get something done about all of these peoblems. Its time the renters here take control and contact directly Barker to see what can be down.
