after giving them a 500 puppy deposit a 250 cat deposit and 250 sec. deposit.. soo 1000 dollars.. they charged me almost 750 dollars for new carpet. well when i moved in it wasnt new and they claimed we never paid pet deposits.. hmm how did i get the pet sticker.. the drywall in my ceilings were sagging. and then they gave me a horrible showerhead that made you feel like you were showering with a powerwasher, because of it it put excesses amounts of water on the walls causing them to rot which they charged me 75 dollars for.. they charged me 100 for a new interior door.. when they are 35 dollar cheap doors. and are rude when you call to ask them why its so much. the staff is rude. the maintance is horrible one got in my face once for not picking up dog diarhea... how do u pick that up. and im only a small 20 year old girl. last thing. there trying to charge me for a broken stove when it came broken and was from the 70s.. this happends to be 2009... horrible experiance.

Couldn't agree more. Exactly my experience as well. My bathroom walls rotting from the water spewed all over by the horrible shower head, and they ripped up my carpet trying to screw me over when it never needed to be replaced. They are rediculous and I tell everyone I meet who is thinking of moving there to STAY AWAY. I think the fact that 70% of people on here wouldn't recommend this apartment building says a lot!!!
