Windsor Crest

I have been living in Windsor Crest for over a year. It's affordable and quiet. The maintenance staff is absolutely incredible. I considered moving to a higher priced place, but ended up staying at WC because the service is just so great. I've never had an issue with them. If something is broken, they will quickly fix it.

I think this place is a winner because unlike other apartments around the area, it has more of a family feel. You don't ever see or hear drunken college kids yelling and screaming. Even though I'm 25, I don't care for that. My neighbors are an elderly couple who never make a peep and a nice middle aged couple. There are a few younger folks around, but none of them are rowdy.

As far as location, it's the best. Jersey Ridge Road is very residential and it's a main road... so that means that during the winter, it gets plowed frequently. It's very safe and it's close to commercial areas (sandwiched in between 53rd St and Kimberly).

My only complaint is that the apartments aren't well insulated, so during the winter, it can get pretty cold. Every building has its own laundry room. It's very easy to access and I rarely have an issue with getting my laundry room.
