First and foremost, I rarely post reviews of anything online. But in the case of 10th Street Lofts, I can't help but want to sing the praises of my home. Yes, that's right...my home. I moved here from a bigger city about two years ago. Admittedly, I was nervous of moving to a smaller town and what I may be giving up. I was lucky, I found the perfect place to live and it's right exactly where I want to be in the city. Close to work, close to friends, close to culture and close enough to anything else I could ever need.
10th Street Lofts provides the most authentic loft living experience anywhere in the city. Go ahead and look at the other places calling themselves "lofts". Sure you'll find tall ceilings but you won't find the charm and atmosphere that is unique to 10th Street Lofts.
My home is in an old factory. You can see the history in the polished concrete floors and exposed brick exterior walls. Windows' Talk about being able to see everything! I've never lived anywhere with windows so tall that even my 6'4" frame is dwarfed by them. A ton of planning and design taste came into play when installing the appliances and dressings. Marble countertops in the kitchen AND bathroom sink...ultra modern sink basins...bold burgundy cabinets with more space than any two people could use...brand new all black appliances...and a central air unit with PERFECT temperature control. You'll freak when you see the mix of old, modern and future-forward design and appeal to these lofts.
The place itself is one thing, but anyone knows that it's the people that make the place. Everyone of my neighbors is respectful of others and keeps noise to a minimum. Sure the floors reverb a bit but a simple chat with your heel wearing neighbor is easily done!
Parking...not a problem at all. Space that is close or city street parking that never puts you farther than a block away from home. Anyone who has lived in a city before knows that a block is no big deal at all.
Looking for a place to play frisbee or have some friends outside to enjoy the weather' Well, we've even got a huge courtyard with tons of plush grass to use for entertainment or to just relax inside it's protected walls. Where else are you going to find a field of fresh grass in the middle of downtown to enjoy' Let alone in your own backyard!!! Talk about ideal!
Sure there were some management problems in the recent past. What is important there is that the problem was recognized, steps were made to rectify the situation and now the building is in complete control with a friendly, responsive and courteous management staff. You're greeted with a smile everytime and a genuine desire to make your home life as comfortable as possible.
Like I said, I rarely write reviews online. But as you can see, loving my home so much...I want others to experience the same thing! Take one look at the place and you'll fall in love as well.

Five false reviews posted in 24 hours by the building's management/owner. That's incredible. Everyone should know (as if it isn't obvious) that all five of these "new reviews" are bogus and were not posted by residents, past or present. Notice they are all written with the exact same grammar and syntax? Very convenient. Just remember, the same game can be played in reverse...Sunny.

I'd invite you to my place to prove that my response here is not from the management, but you've clearly got some kind of bug up your ass about this place. There are plenty of us that love it here and have not had the same experience that you've had.
There are other educated people in this building that happen to know how to write. Relax a little and stop trying to look for the negative. We've posted our own responses here to help someone else get a more balanced view of this place.
The day to day management of this place has changed hands, and as far as I can tell there do not seem to be any problems...not from me or any of my neighbors.
As for my initial post...it may help that I'm a copywriter by trade and that comes through in my writing. Fueled by a home that I'm passionate about.
For the rest of the readers...just come by and look at a place to make your own call.
