I would just like to say that maybe the 10th Street lofts management had a bumpy start but I happen to know personally that the owner is very dedicated to having a successful apartment complex. It s not his fault the management company wasn't run well.
These lofts are beautiful and should be given a fair chance by all prospective renters...really, no detail was over looked. I am really disappointed in some of the reviews I have just read and I think sometimes renters don't get what they want, get mad and write bad reviews. I'll bet they were not great tenants anyway.

Please give this property a fair chance when apartment hunting....you'll love it!!
...and for the record I have not lived in the area for sometime now but have total confidence in the owner Ed that he will continue to make the 10th Street Lofts THEEEEEEE place to live in downtown DSM!!!
If I ever move back the lofts are my first stop :)
