I currently live at 10th St Lofts.. I find all my neighbors to be very friendly and likewise for the staff. I Love living so close to so many downtown events and wouldnt want to be anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience with the staff either, whenever I have questions they are always there right away and able to accomadate. Parking is a problem but not just for these buildings...its downtown living so get used to it. I encourage anyone to come and check out the buildings if thinking of moving.. you will be impressed with what you see.
