I love this place, if I didn't buy a house I would never leave. It is really industrial and worth every penny. I have had nothing but compliments and love my place. The brick interior, high ceilings, new appliances, etc. etc. are something you have to see. I LOVE the fact there is an elevator, saves so much time when hauling in groceries or moving. Only downside is parking a kind of far, but it is a safe place. I am outside alone around 2 often,and never had any problems!
