Cheap, but that's it - I lived in a four bedroom apartment for 1 year, and a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years so I'm quite familiar with the apartment. It's very cheap and within walking distance of Drake University-where I was a student- so that was why I lived there. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiny and aren't maintained very well.
