Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Ok, so I currently live in these apartments. Right now, there is sewer water covering my floor. Let's just say i would pay more to live somewhere else. Cheap rent, and cheap quality. Oh, and if you don't like noise... don't live here.
