I have lived here for a year and a half just when the new manager started and I couldnt be happier. Once I even overpaid my rent by accident and she told me about it without me saying a thing, she is always friendly and remembers my name. Fixes usually happen withing a day or two unless its an emergency at which time it comes pretty fast. It is near Drake so parties happen, but usualy if its a huge party it gets broken up before long. One party that happended my first week there had over 200 hundred people and stereos blasting, but 10 rooms down I didnt hear it. Some times you could hear the neighbors upstairs all the time, sometimes you thought the place was empty(it totaly depends on who is living there.)
