My roommates and I didn't have a problem with cockroaches, but overall the place is pretty shoddy. The walls are SUPER thin. The bathrooms were gross and had mold growing in them. We had to clean our bathrooms and kitchen when we moved in because they were discustingly dirty, but we were required to clean them when we left (no real shocker there).
Rent was super cheap...just like the rest of the place!

Most people here have big time problems with coach roaches. Since you and your roommates have no problem with them come on down here and take a thousand of em off our hands.
