I currently live at Drake Park Apartments and have for alot of years. I plan on moving soon. Walls are paper thin!! Mantenance is a JOKE!! They dont fix things promply (if you need it fixed and want if fix right do it yourself!!). Management request for repairs go un answered unless THE BIG WIGS come in for overall inspection then you may get something fixed. I have been here through 7 managers. Rent is cheap but if you want complications from mold in the bathroom your good! I am MOVIN. Dont move in unless your desperate!!

This tenant hasn't paid her rent in 2 months. We worked with her since May, but finally advised her this week that we will need May, June and July rent in addition to her August rent by Saturday. She said she would "ruin" us on the internet, and it appears this is what she meant.
Further action is pending.
