| 04/06/2011 | I lived in a four bedroom apartment for 1 year, and a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years so I'm quite familiar with the apartment. It's very cheap and within walking distance of Drake University-where I was a student- so that was why I lived there. The kitchen and bathrooms are tiny and aren't maintained very well. You can shove a full bed and desk in the bedrooms though. The management isn't the greatest and the person in the office changes often.
