I had very bad experience the very first day,i signed the lease and paid rent and deposit and moved my luggage in to the apartment and to my surprise the manager had cut off the power supply of that apartment,after calling him he told me i had to pay extra bugs to turn it on,as i had already moved in i paid him extra for that,if that is not enough the manager used to invade our privacy knocking the doors quite frequently to keep my windows closed as heat were paid by them though i used to keep it open only for couple of minutes for ventillation,the garages are very dangerous with no inter locks once i nearly caught my legs as the shutters of garage wouldnt stop even if you are under that and have to pay extra deposits and monthly rent for garages,and above all the cheap electrical fitting are very bad none of my power cords fit in correctly always loose in all the sockets very bad or old fittings..
