I would not recommend anybody to go there and stay, and i have reasons to say that,I have lived in many rented places before but never had seen a manager lilke this before in my life,A young manager Steve is very rude and unprofessional,he always wants to prove his point,the electrical fittings are very old,the carpets are old and stinks on the skin,my wife got allergy because of the carpet and when we complained he hardly listened to us. we finally decided to move on..Even the area not safe as most of the times i see cops visiting our complex...He hardly gives any deposit back gives all kind of reason like professional carpet cleaning while we all know steve[manager] will do the carpet cleaing and deduct money from deposit. can give reasons that curtains are stinking with food smell while their own old drapery is never replaced over the years

Yes, that is clearly Steve. Clearly, the post was written by someone who is not fluent in our language but Steve insists on attacking them all the same. I would love to see his spelling/grammar/punctuation using a foreign language. Grow up, Steve and lose the sunglasses.

If you really think they are discriminating against you, I urge you to contact a lawyer. They are not above the law and there are advocates out there willing to help you. Also, take photos before you move in. That way, if they attempt to fight you on your move out you will have proof to back up your statements.
