I have never lived in a place nearly as bad as here. The managers are horrible. They claim that being a "father/son" team they are better able to take care of their residents needs. The truth is, the old man screams and yells at pretty much anyone. I watched him throw a tantrum on the porch of the former repair man; former because after being called every name under the sun, he finally quit. The son, on the other hand, is simply a jerk. When I first moved in, I introduced myself to him and he didn't even so much as look at me. I guess having gotten my check and signature on the lease he felt he no longer had to be nice to me. Four Seasons is also famous for "Spring cleaning checks..." If you value your privacy, this is the number one reason NOT to move in here. These "checks" are nothing more than an excuse for them to come into your apartment WITHOUT your consent. Yes, you heard me right. They site a law which gives them permission to do this. What do they do once they are in you might ask. Oh, flush the toilet, check the windows and faucets; pretty much everything you use on a daily basis. The year before I left, they invaded my apartment seven times, five of which I was in the shower. When I asked management about this, they again sited the law and all but told me "tough cookies." My friend also left because they seemed to always walk in on her when she was nude. Furthermore, she couldn't even break her lease using this excuse. Things don't get repaired quickly; three weeks for a garbage disposal leak that eventually ruined the wood under my sink. In the winter time, expect to buy an SUV or park on the street because management doesn't use salt or even plow until FAR into the afternoon. By that point, everything has frozen and the incline is made IMPOSSIBLE. I am glad I got out of Four Seasons Apartments and I would BEG anyone NOT to here. Help send a message to this "family" team that their practices will no longer be accepted!!

I just moved out of the complex last month. I posted an ad on Craigslist and found someone to take over my lease... luckily! I lived there for 6 months... 6 very long months. Everything you described is completely true. Its pathetic when you cant even get up the driveway in the winter and have to park on the road! The sidewalks were never once safe! I fell numerous times on the ice. They would barely ever attempt to plow and when they did it would be by the time everyone was off work. I wanted to pursue legal action against the owners until I checked their background reports... these people have got to be pros in court, as they have been there many times and never lost a case! They will be very nice to you until you sign the lease. I was very impressed by them and the complex until about the day after I moved in! What can we do about this?! PLEASE NO ONE MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I agree with both of you we unfortunately lived there for 1 year,both the managers are jerk they don't give a damn once they get their money,My wife used to stay back at home and since they knew they used to visit our home knocking on door telling her to close the window etc..When moving out they denied deposit though our lease was over few months back..and wanted me to clean oven,carpet,restroom etc even though we had given them better than what they gave me..They also told us that curtains are having smell and that they have to wash it so took money from my deposit along with proff carpet cleaning charges while the father and son clean it themselves as they are skinflint..I am out of it since last 6 months but we would surely support those who want to make a complain in court..let me know i will be there..

I can't believe they got rid of that worker, he was the only bright side of that place. You could always buzz over and find him. I am glad he has gotten away from there though! This is a great post.
