I am writing this review for a few other individuals. My lease has FINALLY ended and I have escaped this hell hole. The other individuals and I have complied a list of the negatives and positives of living here. Notice how the negatives far outweigh the positives.

Positives:
1) Close distance to the medical school (10-15 minute walk, 5 minute drive)
2) Close to downtown (can see the tower from the street)
3) Nice surrounding neighborhood.
4) Furnished apartments
5) Two pools and a great clubhouse.

Negatives:
1) Management who doesn't care about your needs
2) As someone else mentioned, Spring Cleaning Checks: Simply an excuse for the management to get into your apartment for no reason.
3) Management entering into your apartment without your consent; walking in while you are in the bathroom, shower, sleeping or nude.
4)Management walking in WITHOUT knocking; simply keying into your building.
5) Repair jobs that take forever to get done or are blamed on you; rusty dishwasher that management didn't seem to think required fixing, leaky faucets that take nearly a month to fix, bug infestations that are blamed on you and much more.
6) Young manager who could care-a-less if you lived or died; will not talk to you and gives cocky responses when you ask for help.
7) Old manager who blames everything on you; constantly screaming at people and belittling his residents
8) No help breaking a lease if you are unhappy with the living situations; one of us had to pay a 170 fee for "advertising" despite them admitting they had someone lined up.
9)No plowing in the winter. I timed it once, it took them until 2 pm to start plowing. By that point, everything was a disaster and I barely made it to work. If you try to talk to them about it, they get cocky and tell you to basically stuff it.
10) No salt used on the sidewalks; I have fallen half a dozen times.
11) Don't expect to get all of your security deposit back when you move out; $70 to "clean the floor."
12) Cheap CHEAP, management. They hire the cheapest individuals to do the job even if it is horrible. They don't want to spend any money at all. This results in a pretty crappy place to live.
13) Laundry machines are often broken; this was a major bragging point by the management but, half the time, the dryers don't dry.
14) Walls are thin; you can hear people screaming, talking and well doing everything in the bathroom.
15) Being yelled at/fined for opening your windows in the winter time despite there being no exhaust fan; They expect you to take a shower, let the air condense in the locking mechanism of the outside door and freeze it. I had to get them to unlock my door 5 or 6 times.
16) Once that check is given, expect to be treated like crap; they will promise you the sun until you sign the lease.

DO NOT live here!!! This was a short list by 4 former residents of this hell hole. We all attended the medical school and, despite what they say on their website, this is NOT a good place to live. Avoid it like the plague!!! The biggest negative we all found was the management. They WILL not work with you.

Thanks for your review. I at one time looked into living at four seasons and chose not to because of the reviews here. For the people still living there...there is recourse for bad apartment managers by law. You do have to follow the process but in the end if enough of you take action you can make a difference. Here is a link to a page here on this website. Try googling for tenant rights to find more solutions. http://ohmyapt.apartmentratings.com/top_5_tips_when_you_file_a_complaint.html Thanks for posting your reviews and saving me from the headaches there at four seasons. I hope this info might be helpful to you who still live there.

If you signed the lease, it's not their problem if you want out early. Writing a bitter review on here isn't going to help your problem.

This goes to the post above mine which is Steve again: sweetie, the poster obviously said they were writing it for a few individuals! A few individuals who have now turned their attention to taking the money out of your wallet!!

A message for johnnyvom - why don't you get off their back already! Steve, I hope this guy is out of here - he causes more problems! I honestly don't know how you deal with him/her...not sure due to him/her calling you sweetie.
