I at one time looked into living at four seasons and chose not to because of the reviews here. For the people still living there...there is recourse for bad apartment managers by law. You do have to follow the process but in the end if enough of you take action you can make a difference.

Yes, Steve, the results of this website are already pushing people away from living here. I applaud this individual for not coming here and hope they are followed by hundreds more!

Yes Johnnyvom you make people's life a living hell - give yourself a pat on the back. I would like to see you try property management or something other than that which requires bad reviews. Hopefully you never have any children b/c I would hate to see you push your negativity on them! To the one who has been applauded by johnnyvom - honestly these apartments are worth looking into. I have never had any problems with them - they genuinely care and just have their hands full with people living in never, never land.

I agree with this post. You need to stand up for your rights. To the response above me, I believe this is in very bad taste. What part of someone having children makes them a better landlord? I have been a landlord now for 10 years and I don't have any kids. The best part of all that? I never had one bad complaint. However, if I had any, I would listen to people like Johnnyvom and take their advice and experiences seriously. I hope the website removes this above response and any other ones made by this user.
