There are definitely good and bad things to say about this place. After looking at other comments I would agree and disagree with some of them following our experiences. We lived in 4 Seasons II. I stepped out the door and sat down in class (DMU) in 7 minutes. The air conditioning sucked but heating was great. The maintenance may have not been the best but they were always there quickly to fix things. Never an issue of them entering the apartment without calling first. The parking sucks but you can get a garage. Snow removal is really slow and the parking lot gets to be a mess with ice. They were helpful and worked with us getting out of our lease. Remember, a lease is a contractual agreement that you can't just decide one day that you want out. We got out of our lease with only a $150 finding fee but deposit was reimbursed. We have 2 loud boys and there were never issues with noise. We never heard our neighbors. The management was quick to diffuse problems with rude neighbors. This definitely wasn't like like living in a house but for the price of the apartment "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR." A lot of the people's comments were just but were they expecting to be treated like they were staying in a 5 Star Hotel.

I wonder you are happy as you got away from lease with paying 150$ and hence positive comments, what about the behaviour of both the managers and we don't want a treatment of 5 star hotel but atleast they should respect other human beings. And if you notice most of the comments they never gave full deposit back to any of the tenants..anyways good luck as you got away with the lease or else they are difficult to dealt with..

Funny, my friend had to pay $364 to move out 14 days early. Yes, she was forced to pay $150 in finders fee even though Dwayne told her he had someone ready to move in the minute she left. 14 days early is not asking for much especially when she had a good reason; the Spring cleaning checks seemed to always occur when she was getting out of the shower. Not to mention no one gets their deposit 100% refunded because $75 is taken out so they can "clean" your floor.

-----'s advocate again...we really do NOT know the whole story you're giving johnnyvom. How respectful was your friend?? Nothing is free and it's your word against Steve and Dwayne. Aside from this mess I hope Steve and Dwayne continue to get through this negative combat. For those looking - it's your ultimate decision against these very select few who have a one sided story. Good luck to Steve!

A select few got management and their significant others to write comments on here. I think that is a pretty good impact. Again people, compare curious44 to some of the other comments and I think you find some striking similarities! Glad I got out of that hell hole.
