I have lived here almost three years, and I have never had a problem. Anytime I've needed something fixed, it was done promptly. My bathroom ceiling was recently repaired and repainted, and I didn't even request it. It seemed fine before. What absolutely befuddles me are some of the comments about management. I have been treated with absolute respect and professionalism, and they worked with me the one time I needed to pay my rent late. The pool area is nice, as is the clubhouse. And it's close to everything.

I bet this posting is either done by steve or dwayne , we know very well what they both can do as ask people who stay there and have stayed there,how well behaved they are?lol thank God i am outta here never gonna look back at those bad days..

I'm a manager? I wish. Then I wouldn't be paying rent every month. I am most assuredly NOT a manager. I'd gladly tell you my name if I thought it was safe to do so, but some of you seem to have a vendetta against this place, for reasons I don't understand. My experience has been 180 degrees different from yours. I really don't get it. I would have left long ago if I'd experienced the problems you describe.

There are a lot of bitter residents here! Have any of you had to take care of tenants a long with the property that have no understanding and just continue to complain?? We're sandbagging on 100 Court Ave - you should join us so you can see what it's like to have no where to live. Just be thankful!

I thought the point of this website was to voice our opinions? Just because we don't like where we live/lived and want to pass that along to others doesn't makes us not thankful. I do a lot of volunteer work and don't need to be accused by someone who doesn't even know me thank you very much.

For the record there is no reason to state that someone should be thankful of having an apartment as an excuse for the wreckage that is Four Seasons. I say my thanks every day that I have what I need to survive, but that does not mean that I should not want a decent place to live. Four Seasons is most definitely NOT a decent place. The management is ridiculous! Not only are they inconsiderate of their residents, which would be bad enough, but they take every opportunity they have to blame their residents for any problems on the property. It is a piece of heavily used property, of course things will break from time to time. My family has rented out apartments for years, and I have never seen such bad management. If the person writing this praise is not the manager or the son, than they are delusional. Perhaps you have never seen what a good apartment is like...just a little recommendation; check one out. They can be amazing. You will be even more thankful from day to day.
