Despite the "positive" reviews below me, prospective tenants should realize that management has, in the past, paid individuals to write good reviews. I can only assume this is what they are doing now because this apartment hasn't changed during the time I have been living here. I have been reading the negative reviews for the last year and wholeheartedly agree! Management is unavailable if they are not making a profit and the apartment buildings themselves are horrible. There are unwelcome intrusions without notice and, if you don't believe me, just come by during the spring when they put up their signs that state: "according to state law we are allowed to enter your apartment without notice." And enter it left and right they will! You will only be doing yourself a disservice by moving here. Look, over the last few years there have been more than 20 negative comments about this complex and the "positive reviews" seem to all be written by the same person; one individual even made various comments that lend herself to be dating one of the mangers! Come on Steve, are you for real' Don't make the same mistake I did and move in here expecting change. There are some great apartment choices just down the street from this place and you will be less disappointed.

Yes i agree with you Sir,we all know this is Steve who is giving positive reviews,but my suggestion to newcomers don't even dare to experience the stay at this apartments or else you would repent it big time..Good luck
