My title says it all. My answer to anyone who asks about this apartment is no. Just no. Steve is a horrible, horrible little man. His father' Don't get me started. I was once told that you judge a company by how management treats its employees. The employees in this case are the renters. I witnessed both Steve and his father treating renters like nothing more than annoying gum on their shoes. They are not accommodating at all. Don't expect anything to be fixed without an argument. I spent 700 on my apartment per month and another 50-100 to repair things that Steve said were "my fault" because "we never had that before." And it was simple things like: "Steve, my heater doesn't work anymore. Or Steve, my blinds won't open. Or Steve I saw a rat in the apartment complex." Each of these would be answered with "It must be you, we never had that before." Oh and here is the kicker the REASON I WRITE THIS REVIEW: I moved out on the 1st of the month and I know for a fact that they had someone living in my apartment the next week. According to laws I have read I am entitled to a refund for the remainder of that month. Steve actually LIED to me until I told him that this new tenet was actually a personal friend of mine and I KNEW they were living there. Three months later and I still don't have a refund oh and they charged 75 bucks for a floor cleaning. So they basically milked me for money. Wonderful place!!!!!!!!

Steve looks like you are a celebrity now getting famous hmmmm but unfortunately for wrong reasons. I am sure one day whole des moines would come to know what a great character you and your dad are ...Now its your turn to give a positive review on this website as we all know its you who is posting positive reviews...
