I had a very good experience for four years at the Four Seasons Apartments. The apartment complex was always very well maintained and the staff were always on-site. It is a very quiet complex. For example, two summers ago there were some outside people at the pool making a commotion. Within just a couple of minutes the on-site manager had asked the people to leave the property. All was quiet.
I once had a plumbing issue but the maintenance crew fixed everything very quickly and cleaned up behind themselves.
I can fully recommend this apartment complex for anyone who wants good housing close to the downtown area.
