The highway location doesn't justify the price. Why pay $980 for a studio rental that's not even a true loft 1/2 a mile from downtown when you could live in sherman hills in a number of apartments for the same price for a 2BR or purchase a condo' The three conclusions I come to is 1) You make a lot of money and don't care about being ripped off, 2) You're easily duped, 3) Your looking for someone that is either rich or easily duped living at this complex to leach off of

Just thought you should know...there is only ONE hill in Sherman Hill...it is NOT Sherman Hills. Just a little FYI Mr. Smarty Pants...

You get what you pay for. Sure you can find a cheaper place and one closer downtown, but none of them even come close to the quality of the GL.

I did a walk through of Court Avenue and Gateway Lofts and was not impressed with either. They looked cheap and quickly made. The apartments she showed us that were supposed to be "2 bedrooms" were only one bedroom with either an alcove, a second room with NO door, or a second room in which the walls don't even reach the ceiling. Now anyone looking for a 2 bedroom apartment obviously wants privacy... not a 1 1/2 bedroom or a 1 bedroom with an office. Who wants a bedroom with only 7 foot walls or no door attached?? The appliances looked nice in the pictures online, but they are just cheap black or steel front appliances nothing more. The cabinets are Menards quality with no hardware on them. Don't forget you will pay even more for parking a block away! Did I mention that your neighbor's balcony is right in front of your window, so u can open your window and invite them to crawl in!

Mr. Anonymous? What apartment community are you talking about?? I think you are getting your apartments confused, The Gateway Lofts has only very high end STAINLESS STEEL appliances, none have "black fronts". The cabinets are extremely high end, a novice would of course not know that. "Parking a block away"? Truly, you are either vindictive are completely confused. They have underground heated parking that is free. Then they have a parking lot on the property that is outside? Oh oh yah, they don't have balconies. This site is only for vindictive tenants or other apartments communities that are trying to persuade renters from their competition. If you take these comments seriously then you will end up in a community exactly where you deserve.
