If you're a DMU student this place is very conveniently located. However, it is located right next to a ghetto apartment building, which makes safety questionable. Also I must agree with previous reviewer that maintenance manager Tom is a total imbecile, pompous and incompetent idiot. He enters your apartment without prior notice and just leave a hangtag saying he did for such and such reason. The hallways stink, the walls are paper-thin, the building is old and rickety. It's a joke that they call it affordable luxury... both descriptors are a far cry from truth.
