I was tricked by the management at Lancaster to think these were quaint little apartments nestled in an up and coming neighborhood. WRONG! These are a step away from crack houses! Sure they apartments are roomy and rent is fairly cheap, especially since how much you make determines what you pay, but the tenants are downright scary. I hated going to sleep alone in that apartment, I had people coming to my patio doors at all hours of the night looking for the person who had the apartment before me...who happened to be a freaking drug dealer!!! My landlady was a total nightmare, basically running the place the way she felt was right, disregarding any rules. Luckily she's not there anymore but these places should be avoided at all costs, unless you want to deal with druggies, criminals and otherwise shady people living right next to you.

A new manager is in place at these apartments and they have became a nice place to live. The rent does not go by your income so maybe the other person who posted was mistaken on the complex. I have lived here for 6 months and have no problems at all.
