Not quite.See below why.. The apt overall locality,bus access etc wise is pretty ok but not quite happy with the strictness of the management.As an instance i had to pay the late fee on the 6th and I know that legally I should since the agreement stated that rent should be paid out by 5th.But since that was really my second month( i paid for 1st month during paperwork) I was expecting that the management would let me go with a warning to not repeat that act in future but not be.Instead they were not very considerate of the fact that i infact came down to drop the check when they were not around.I was ignorant of the fact that i should use the drop box in such cases.I rather not wanted to drop a "check" in a drop box and kept making visits to the acct manager hoping that I would see her.Mind you my visits are mostly during lunch time but still if you ask me i dont find the acct manager 7 out of 10 times during 12 to 1:30.Not sure whose mistake it is but being a receptive from management's side could have saved me the late fees. I have never experienced this before where I was earlier and management would sometimes call me up and it was all based on understanding each other better. A touch away from professionalism would make people happy sometimes..Isnt it???
