Park Place no longer holds its worth

Since the building was sold ,management has gone from being exceptionally responsive to completely indifferent, in other words don't expect to get most of your concerns addressed. If you tend to receive a lot of packages in the mail be prepared to go through several headaches to get your precious stuff as the concierge service is virtually non existent. While the location and general condition of the building is attractive, don't expect to get an attentive treatment (unless of course you are buying a unit in which case your questions should focus on the association's management once the condo's are sold!).
The building condition is good considering it is approximately 20 years old. The fixtures inside the apartment units are old but still work. Common areas (yes, those used to atrtact buyers) are relatively well kept.
