I have been living at Park Ridge for almost 6 months and I haven't seen any of the problems that has been described. I feel that it is quite and I haven't had any problems. I do hear the neighbors up stairs walking occasionally, but that is to be expected in Apartment living.
I believe that management is there to help when I have any questions or concerns and is very truthful about the property. The staff at Park Ridge always are smiling and improving Park Ridge grounds. It will be interesting to see what they will improve on next.
