i have lived here for almost 2 years. I don't like it here yes the apartments are nice and the kids have a nice place to play. but after dark its not so good here. Glass doors get broke kids bikes get taken not to be seen again.As far as the sercurity camras go they dont look back at the tapes unless it benafits them. it takes them almost 2 weeks to a month to get something fixed.

I have lived at this complex for 5 years and find this response could not be true. There are not problems after dark. Management eliminates problem people. The only bikes that have been taken are the ones that are not secured. It is a very safe place to live. I disagree with the posted comment.

I agree and only lived there for 1 year this is what I have to say... In life an individual without regard to their ethnic or economic origin have a right to a higher quality of life. This property so destroyed the existence of this for me that I would not recommend this property to anyone. Peace and Quiet should be enjoyed by everyone and it was written in the lease and the property manager failed to implement. This is not a place for individuals that have an issue with noise nor those that seek to improve the quality of their life. Final!!!

I agree, i would not recommend this property to anyone. Not long ago, 7 cars got broke into in one night, and the property owner was 'convienently on vacation'. The person that was filling in, stopped the tapes, so they could reveiw them when they got back, but when they got back they just covered everything up. They did not comply with the police, and we never found the colprate who broke into 7 cars throughout the parkinglot.
