Best apartments I have ever lived in

I just turned 35 years old and have lived in 6 different apartments in the last 16 years, all in Des Moines. By far the service and cleanliness at Pleasant Court far exceeds even the most expensive apartment I had on Grand Avenue. People are friendly here and it is a superb neighborhood.
