The rent was very reasonable. The buildings are old and need quite a bit of work. My unit had insects & mold on the walls. Maintenance responds promptly but the building are beyond maintaining. Their office staff is very nice and helpful. Laundry facilities are old and sometimes out of service. Just like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place as long as you pay less than $525 per month. Anything more would be a rip off.
