Prairie Woods is a large apartment complex. I have lived here for almost five years and have had very good service by maintenace staff and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are updating the buildings with new carpeting, paint and lights. They also are remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. When I renewed my lease I was given the chance to update my apartment and am so glad I did. The new cabinets are WOW!!! I have had my car broken into also however, notified management and police but I do understand that this could happen anywhere you live. As for the locks on the buildings, as soon as maintenance repairs them residents are breaking them. I think they try very hard to keep them repaired. As for the property I would not say it is falling apart or unsafe I enjoy living here and am glad to make Prairie Woods my home.
