I have lived here for a year and it's a year too long! The manager is so rude all she cares about is putting more numbers in her bank account every month. If you call to have something fixed the maintnece will fix it but the manager won't let them replace it so they do what they can. I didn't even have outlets in my bathroom for the first 9 months I was here, so blow drying my hair in the kitchen was fun every morning. The outlets in the rest of the apartment are so old that nothing I plug in to them stays in. The washer and dryer are so gross and I have to dry my clothes twice to get them dry, but telling the manager doesn't do any good. When I run my dishwasher half the time it leaves a lake in my kitchen.They showed me a really nice apartment with brand new carpet and kitchens, then when I got my keys to my actual apt it looked NOTHING like that. The carpet is nasty old blue with paint stain on it!
The only good thing I can say is that the kitchens LOOK nice.
Pick almost any week of the month and there is going to be a car break in. One night there were 3 break ins, but there are still no cameras or very good lighting in the parking lots. I wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy.
The neighbors are loud and there are always people outside yelling at all hours of the night. Don't even get me started on the sad excuse for a work out room. They have 2 free weights one set of 3 lbs and a set of 30 lbs. There are tredmills but they hardly work, I have tripped on them because they just stop going half the time.
The maintence guys are pretty good about fixing things at a timely pace. The only person in the office that is nice is Linda. Otherwise they really don't care about the people that live here.
They don't even allow us heat when it's cold out. I'm having to wear 2 pairs of socks because the wench manager didn't pay attention to the news to see that its getting cold out and hasn't had our heat turned on yet. I thought that since I pay my rent every month that I would be entitled to some heat. Silly me. Terrible Terrible TERRIBLE place. I would give this place 0 out of 5 rating!
