Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I've lived here since June 2001, and I haven't had those problems. I was not shown my actual apartment, and the one I received was even better! I have had no such problems with the management. I'm a single female and feel safe when I get home from work at 11pm. I have no problems sleeping, nor am I awaken from people making coffee. I recommend it here!
