Talk about the kind off people who live there and the issue with kids running around the cars roller skating, making noise and sneeking around doing stuff that they are no suppose to at their ages of 13, 14 and 15.

This place sucks, the walls are thin and every wisper goes through the wall.

I'm sure you are wondering if there are any positives,....yeah maybe not so expensive , but Yep this is what you pay for ---CRAPPY Place for a little cheaper price.

Before I forget, you have to spend longer in your shower and then come out pissed and fuming, because you couldn't regulate the shower temperature and spent most of your time trying to get it right,...but failed!
I've gotten burnt from hot water coming through after a few secs of warm water, then goes straight to really cold water , then hot , then warm,..... This really sucks especially on that cold Monday morning when you need to be at work to start you week. Then you get to work in a bad mood.


I'm still not done.
Also you are not able to regulate the heat temp in the winter. Yeah they put a thermostat there which is useless, because mine is on the highest temp you can get it to, but nope the temp remains at 70-71 degrees, because they don't want to turn up their so called boiler.

water pressure fluctuates and sucks. They tell you that further you are away from the boiler the harder it would be to regulate your shower temp and your water pressure. jeese..thats ba7lo7ney !!!!

summer also suck because there's jsut one a/c unit in the living room which doesn't help at all, so it gets really hot and they don'r want you putting up your own unit or the windows are not suitable to mount a/c units...
