Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
1.Water pressure sucks.
2.Hot/cold water in shower--who knows what you are going to get!!
3. Cable system is a monoploy and sucks
4. Parking sucks-more so when you work until midnight
5. Noise- horrible
6. Hallways smells like rotten potatoes
7. Puke has been in hallway for over 4 months--not my job to clean it up--and no, it's not mine!
8. Management lied to us as far as future down-grade from 2 bed to 1 bedroom
9. Moved in and carpet was excellent- a week later, all kinds of stains appear.
10. Not worth the money.
11. Lots of parties and nothing gets done.
12. Don't be surprised to see police here on a regular basis.
13. Lights on building for safety been out for over one year.
