There are always going to be some issues anywhere you go. With apartment living I guess there are just some things that you have to tolerate. I sold my home so that I could let someone else mow the lawn,which it is beatiful at Timberland, the snow removal is prompt and the office staff always seemed to care about my few issues. When first looking at Timberland Pointe I was excited to find out that I received a discount just for working at Principal! I have experienced some of the water issues, but when a service request was made to the office, it was taken care of promptly. They called me after it was fixed to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I loved going to the pool party, the movie night, and even got my car washed during resident appreciation week.
