I had lived in this comples for about 1 1/2 too long. The management was very ineffective to say the least. The upkeep of the apartments were terrible and they were very run down. When I moved in the place was full of roaches. It took two month to solve the problem. The crime rate is extremely hight and cars were always being broken into. The were dumpster theives, who always walked around looking in the garbarge at early hours in the morning. This place needless to say if very prejudice and has a certain type of tenants that they want in there. Yes, the are doing some upgrades now, however, this place has a far way to go before it can compare to other real communicties. They are now starting to allow dogs and you hear barking all the time. I personally, would never recommend this place for a home.
