While it may look at first as though this place is nice, and for the money it is rather nice. The new management company is not really fixing the problems; they are basically putting duct tape on an alternator, and calling it fixed. While they have recently put new siding up, they did nothing about the rotted wood underneath. Also they are "fixing" the decks, well they have ripped off the old deck and it has been a week now and I think the works have left. Also if you do decided to rent here be prepared to have a 30 year old air conditioning unit, and if you have problems with it, they will send one of their maintenance guys over to look at it (who probably does not know much about air conditioning units), instead of calling someone to come really look into the problem. Also why they say they are working on the noise problem, once a week we still have people in their cars with their bass so loud it wakes you up at 1am. Not to mention the speeding cars driving through the parking lot. They are remolding the club house and putting in a tanning bed, which will be nice, but I for one would rather have a better/fixed air conditioner (I don't think it is right that you sweat in your apartment in Aug, with your "air conditioning unit" on 24/7)!
