The worst place I've ever lived

This isn't the most pleasnt place to live by any means. The year I time I lived there couldn't go fast enough. The carpets were horrible, the floorboards were loose (we were on the 2nd floor) and the building smelled horrible due to certain types of cooking that could be smelled all over. I have nothing but good things to say about the office staff.They really couldn't do much about the construction or smells but were empathetic and understood our unhappiness.
