During the year i lived in these apartments, my car was broken into nine times. I was assured when i moved in there was constant security driving through and security cameras. Every time i reported my car being broken into, i was told that there was nothing on the security tapes, even though i only parked in full view of the cameras and in the best lit spots. (i might add, i have never seen security drive through)On three seperate occasions, managment lost my check, and twice they lost my money order, which of course was never refunded to me. Not only that, but i was charged for being several days past rent, which i was not made aware of until it was at least a week "over-due"(which i was not). Once they even sent the a claim to the courts, even though i showed my copy of the check they lost, i ended up paying court costs as well as late fees. When i moved out, which was two weeks prior to the end of my lease, they told me i had to pay december's rent although i paid first and last months, plus security deposit. they kept both my security deposit, first and las months, totaling 3x my over-price rent of 575. when applying for an apartment a couple of weeks ago, i was denied, reason being i had a collection notice for 400 dollars on my credit report from this place. Not only was i not notifiey by the apartment complex, but there is no justification. So in one years time i have been ripped off for close to 9500 dollars, including lost checks, bogus collections, and ripped of rent..so if you are looking for a somwhere to steal your money..by all means, rent this apartment.
