First off, when you come to Willow Park, they show you a model apartment. Where no one lives. They really should show you the actually apartment you would be living in. Because if I had seen it hell no i would have never moved here in a million years! It looked like all they did was wipe the counters off. There was writing all over the walls, burns on the counter tops in kitchen and in bathroom, ---- all over the carpet, looked like someone took a ---- on it, the apartment was just right down disguisting! Why pay $400 in deposit for a ------ place to live for a year.. So I brought it to their attention and all they did was buy some area rugs, oh and shampooed the carpet like that did anything.. It was horrible service. Especially our toliet ran non-stop for 3mos kept telling them to fix it, well it took them 3mos to fix it only because it leaked down into the apartment below. So I had maintenance bang on my door, on a sunday if you might add at ------- 6am. Now we live in another unit of the complex and still sucks everything keeps breaking. Windows are old, so we cant have them open, have to have plastic over them so that lady bugs, or bugs dont get in, Theres no light or cable jack in the bedroom. Now our dishwasher doesn't work, and its been almost a month and they just keep putting it off and off.. And the water bill.. They really need to let people know what they are doing, they make you pay for the size of your unit not your usage. I pay $50 bucks a month for water I dont use. I'm always at work 24/7 I might use $20 of it, but not $50.. Our vehicles have been broken into.... The security is a joke, because everyone is getting their stuff stolen. I will never live her ever again. And some of the staff there, are dumber than a box of rocks, you tell them one thing and they dont tell the manager.. You make payment arrangments with them, and they slip a 3day eviction.. Something is seriously wrong, I am so looking to move, screw the lease, why stay if they are not holding up there end ..... IN MY OPINON DONT MOVE HERE... WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.. AND I'M ONLY 21 YEARS OLD!!!! oh... and they tag vehicles to get towed even if they are note broke!!! My husbands truck is a 1996 looks very nice, and they tagged it!!! there just dumb! oh and one more thing it cost $3 bucks to wash and dry one load of laundry!!! that is rape!
