This place is horrible. There nice to you as soon as you sign a lease after that your toast. Maintenance takes 8 eight days to fix anything. The office staff hang up on you and tell you to stop calling when you pay 600.00 a month. Also you have to pay for your own trash, sewer, gas. It is also a safety haz. with no working fire alarms nor in compliance with the City of Des Moines housing policy. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
